PREAMBLE<\/strong><\/p>

The present terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases made on the website of the Chakshu brand, which specializes in the creation of fine gold-plated brass and semi-precious stone jewelry. By placing an order on our site, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation. <\/p>

All Chakshu creations are subject to these terms and conditions of use, as well as the rules published on our site. By using our website www.chakshu.fr or placing an order, you accept these conditions. We advise you to keep a copy for future reference. <\/p>

We may modify these conditions at any time. In the event of modification, please consult them regularly. If you do not accept these changes, please stop using the site immediately. Changes do not apply to orders already placed, unless required by law. <\/p>

ORDER<\/strong><\/p>

All orders placed on our site are subject to acceptance and availability of items. Items added to the basket are not reserved until the order has been confirmed. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, but simply confirmation of receipt. <\/p>

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of payment problems. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible, and we will issue a refund if necessary. <\/p>

PRICE AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>

Prices are given in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges and any customs duties are payable by the customer. Payment can be made by credit card or any other payment method indicated on the site. The amount will be debited when your order is dispatched. <\/p>

DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days for items in stock. Delivery times vary according to destination. Chakshu is not responsible for delays in delivery due to transport services or customs procedures. A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. <\/p>

RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>

Chakshu insures each shipment until delivery to the specified address. A signature may be required on delivery. Upon receipt of the order, responsibility for the goods passes to you. <\/p>

FEEDBACK AND EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/p>

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. <\/p>

PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>

The information collected at the time of your order is necessary for its treatment and the delivery of the products. This information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. <\/p>

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/p>

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>

Jewelry damaged by normal wear and tear is not considered defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@chakshu.fr. <\/strong>We offer the possibility of repairing the defective item if possible, or replacing it with the same model, subject to availability. If repair or replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund. <\/p>

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>

Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient once the parcel has arrived in the destination country. These costs vary from country to country, and we have no control over them. We advise you to contact your local customs office before placing your order to find out about any applicable charges. <\/p>

PRODUCT COLORS<\/strong><\/p>

We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our jewelry on the site. However, color accuracy may vary depending on the monitor used. We therefore cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will correspond exactly to that of the actual product. <\/p>
