HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?<\/strong>
Refunds are processed to the original purchaser’s card or bank account. This can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing. <\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?<\/strong>
In France, delivery generally takes 2 to 5 working days. For international deliveries, please contact us for more information. <\/p>\n

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by contacting us. <\/p>\n

HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?<\/strong>
To measure your waist at home, use a piece of string or a strip of paper: Wrap it loosely around your finger. Mark where it overlaps. Measure the length between the marks and multiply by 10 (e.g. 5 cm = size 50). <\/p>\n

DO YOU OFFER A TOOL TO MEASURE MY RING SIZE?<\/strong>
Yes, you can order our measuring tool to find out your exact ring size.<\/p>\n

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?<\/strong>
You can modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us within one hour of placing your order to make any changes. <\/p>\n

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?<\/strong>

Your jewel will be packaged in a handmade Chakshu velvet pouch, including Chakshu brand cards and a personal note from the designer.<\/p>\n
