RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Returns of damaged or worn jewelry will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at [info@chakshu .fr] so that we can arrange an exchange or refund. Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange a defective item, we will replace it with the same model and size, subject to availability. If the item is not available, a full refund will be offered.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service to avoid any loss.

DELIVERY DEADLINES

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times vary according to your location. In general, delivery times are between 5 and 10 working days for orders within Europe.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are free for all orders delivered within mainland France. For international deliveries, charges are calculated according to Colissimo’s current rates, and will be automatically added to your order total at the time of payment.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow its status until it is received.
